RETURN POLICY - GREEN WORLD DISTRO
At Green World Distro, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and reliably. Here’s how our shipping process works:
ORDER PROCESSING
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, you must initiate the return request within 7 days of the original delivery date. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within this 7-day period to be eligible for review.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be considered for return, products must be:
Unused and unopened
In the original packaging
With all tags and accessories intact
Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEE
If a return is approved, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the returned item’s subtotal may be deducted from any refund issued. This fee covers processing and restocking costs.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain products — including but not limited to clearance, final sale, or limited-offer items — are not eligible for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
